Can I pay with using my credit or debit card?
I accept payment by credit and debit cards securely through my website.
I'd like to send my order as a gift, can you do gift wrapping?
Some of our pieces come beautifully presented in a hand-painted box and velvet ribbons but if you would like your item gift wrapped please let us know during the checkout process.
What are the Care Instructions?
Thank you for your interest in my pieces. Please know that they are delicate handcrafted objects and needs to be handled with love and care.
You will need to avoid coming in contact with moisture, perfumes or other substances that can cause damage to the painted surface.
To clean your pieces, use a soft paintbrush or a slightly damp, soft cloth to gently remove dust from the petals and leaves.
Do you ship internationally or just within Australia?
Yes, I ship throughout Australia and to most international destinations. Please note that I am unable to ship to England, as my pieces are exclusively available there through my retail partner, Fiona Finds. While I do our best to reach collectors worldwide, there may be occasional exceptions due to shipping restrictions, customs regulations, or circumstances beyond my control (such as regions experiencing conflict or service disruptions). If you’re unsure whether I can ship to your location, please feel free to get in touch prior to purchase—I'm always happy to help.
Shipping within Australia is $18.50 flat rate for most pieces with exception of my larger pieces at $45 flat rate including tracking. For international orders shipping varies depending on the weight of your order and will be calculated by the cart. Please note that larger pieces will require shipping to be calculated and invoiced separately after purchase.

We proudly ship our handmade artworks from Australia to customers around the world, including the United States.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
For shipments to the United States, recent changes to import regulations mean that all goods may be assessed for duties or tariffs upon entry. While original, one-of-a-kind artworks are often classified as duty-free, this classification is determined solely by U.S. Customs and cannot be guaranteed.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the recipient (importer of record) is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees associated with their order. These charges may be payable prior to delivery or upon arrival, depending on the shipping method and carrier.
We take care to accurately describe all artworks as original, handmade pieces; however, final classification and any associated charges are at the discretion of customs authorities.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.
